  • All backstretch workers who can document 4 consecutive weeks of work are entitled to no-cost health insurance via the Magna Care Network. B.E.S.T.is entirely responsible for the funding of its health insurance plan.
  • All backstretch workers are entitled to a term life insurance plan, administered by B.E.S.T.
  • B.E.S.T.assists workers in filing for workers compensation.
  • B.E.S.T. assists workers when necessary with referrals for specialty care by providing transportation and translation services.
