B.E.S.T.is a 501C-3 non-profit devoted to fulfilling the health care and social service needs of the close to 3,000 barn are workers of the Aqueduct, Belmont and Saratoga Race Tracks of New York State.
B.E.S.T.’s Services include the provision of health insurance, on-site primary care clinics, New York State licensed drug and alcohol counseling, transportation, translation, food, clothing needs and more.
All of B.E.S.T.’s services are provided with sensitivity to the cultural needs of our workers who are the foundation of the horse racing industry.
